This Privacy Policy explains how Sakiyomi (the “App”), provided by Koki Tanisaka (the “Developer”), and its support pages, including the page for receiving shared practice settings, handle your information.
The App doesn’t send any personal information to the Developer. The Developer collects no information through the App.
The following information is stored only on your device. It is never sent off your device, and the Developer can’t see it.
You can use a nickname instead of a real name for a profile.
The Premium Pass is purchased and paid for through Apple’s App Store. Apple handles your payment method, name, email address, and other purchase details; the Developer doesn’t receive them. The App receives only the result of the purchase from Apple and stores on your device whether the Premium Pass is active. For how Apple handles your information, see Apple’s Privacy Policy.
The weekly summary notification is a local notification scheduled on your device. No information is sent anywhere to deliver it. You can turn it off at any time in the App’s settings or in iOS Settings.
Practice report images, practice-settings codes and QR codes, and worksheets are created on your device. They’re handed to the iOS share sheet or printing only when you choose to share or print. How the app or service you choose handles them is governed by its own policies.
A practice-settings code contains only practice settings, such as clef, range, and key signature. It never includes names or practice records.
The support pages and the page for receiving shared settings are hosted on Cloudflare Pages. These pages use no cookies, analytics, or ads. The receiving page reads the settings code in the link inside your browser and doesn’t send it to the Developer. Cloudflare may log information such as your IP address when serving the pages. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for details.
You can practice without an internet connection. The App goes online only to buy or restore the Premium Pass through the App Store, to open the App Store review page, and to open external links such as credits.
If you email us, your email address and message are used only to reply and provide support. They aren’t shared with third parties unless required by law.
The App is designed to be used by children. It doesn’t collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13, and doesn’t collect personal information as defined by the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We recommend that a parent make Premium Pass purchases, or require approval with Ask to Buy in Family Sharing.
The Developer doesn’t sell your personal information or share it with third parties for advertising, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
You can delete the App’s data at any time by:
Your Premium Pass purchase stays on record with the App Store, so you can reactivate it with Restore Purchases after deleting your data.
If this Privacy Policy changes, the new version and its date will be posted on this page. Significant changes to how information is handled will also be noted in the App’s update notes.
